JUNGLE LUXE — LEGAL
Effective 5 July 2026 · Last updated 5 July 2026
This page sets out how Jungle Luxe handles the information you share with us, and the terms that apply when you use our website, book a stay, or engage our services. Please read both sections. If you have questions, reach us at [email protected].
PART ONE — PRIVACY POLICY
How we collect, use, and protect your information.
01 · Who we are
Jungle Luxe is a boutique property management, interior design, and hospitality company based in Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico, operating under Anidras Mx, S.A. de C.V. Throughout this policy, "Jungle Luxe," "we," "us," and "our" refer to that entity. For anything relating to your privacy, contact us at [email protected] or +1 602 909 3029.
02 · Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you, host your stay, and run our services.
Information you give us directly — your name, email, phone number, and message when you use a contact or inquiry form, subscribe to our newsletter, or correspond with our team.
Booking and guest details — when you reserve a property through a booking platform (such as Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com) or through our own booking engine, we receive your name, contact details, stay dates, number and identity of guests, and related communications.
Payment information — payments are processed by the relevant booking platform or by our third-party payment provider. We do not collect or store full card numbers on our website.
Client and project information — for property management and interior design engagements, we collect the details necessary to deliver the work, including property, contract, and owner information.
Information collected automatically — when you visit jungleluxe.mx, we and our analytics providers collect standard technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring source, through cookies and similar technologies.
03 · How we use your information
To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you.
To confirm and manage reservations and deliver concierge and guest services during your stay.
To provide property management, interior design, and related services to owners and clients.
To process payments through our platforms and providers.
To send you marketing or updates where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
To operate, secure, and improve our website.
To comply with legal, tax, and lodging-registration obligations, and to protect the safety of guests, staff, and properties.
04 · How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
Service providers who work on our behalf — booking platforms and our booking engine, payment processors, cleaning, maintenance and concierge vendors, analytics providers, and email or marketing tools.
Property owners, where sharing guest or booking information is necessary to manage a property we operate on their behalf.
Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
05 · Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand how it is used, and improve it. We use Google Analytics for aggregate site measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the site function.
06 · Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, or as required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
07 · How we protect your information
We maintain reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08 · International transfers
Jungle Luxe operates in Mexico and works with guests and clients internationally, including in the United States. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, whose data-protection laws may differ. Where we transfer information, we take steps to protect it consistent with this policy.
09 · Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent to marketing. Under Mexican law, you may exercise your ARCO rights — access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition. Residents of the EU/UK and California may have additional rights under the GDPR and CCPA respectively. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we will respond as required by applicable law.
10 · Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11 · Third-party links
Our site and communications may link to third-party sites and booking platforms that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.
12 · Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted on this page.
PART TWO — TERMS & CONDITIONS
The terms that govern your use of our website and services.
01 · Agreement
By using jungleluxe.mx, booking a stay with us, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy above. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
02 · Our services
Jungle Luxe provides property management, interior design, short-term rental setup, and concierge and hospitality services, and markets a curated portfolio of properties for stay. Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer.
03 · Bookings and reservations
Platform bookings. When you reserve through Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or another third-party platform, your reservation is also governed by that platform's terms, policies, and the individual property's house rules, in addition to these terms.
Direct bookings. When you book directly with us, your reservation is confirmed once we receive the required payment. Rates, taxes, and any deposit are shown at the time of booking. Direct bookings require a $300 USD security deposit or proof of a damage-protection insurance policy.
All rates are quoted in the currency shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes and fees.
04 · Cancellations and refunds
For reservations made through a booking platform, that platform's cancellation and refund policy applies. For direct bookings, cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival receive a 100% refund; cancellations made fewer than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable. In cases of events beyond reasonable control — including natural events, government action, or travel disruption — we will work with you in good faith on rebooking or credit where possible.
05 · Guest responsibilities and house rules
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum stated for the property. Occupancy by additional guests requires our prior written approval.
Events, parties, and commercial or promotional use are not permitted without our prior written approval.
Guests are responsible for treating the property and its contents with care, and for any loss or damage beyond ordinary wear caused during the stay.
Check-in and check-out times, quiet hours, and property-specific rules will be provided with your booking and form part of these terms.
Guests must comply with all applicable local laws and with lodging-registration requirements, and may be asked to provide valid identification.
06 · Property management and design services
Property management, interior design, and design-build engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between Jungle Luxe and the client. Nothing on this website creates such an engagement or a contract for those services.
07 · Rates and availability
Rates, availability, and property details are subject to change and may occasionally contain errors. We reserve the right to correct any error and to confirm or decline a booking affected by it.
08 · Assumption of risk and limitation of liability
Our properties are set in and around Tulum's coast and jungle and may include pools, rooftops, natural features, and outdoor amenities. You use the property, its amenities, and any activities we arrange at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jungle Luxe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss, injury, or damage to personal property, arising from your use of the site, a stay, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
09 · Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jungle Luxe and its team from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the site or a property, or your breach of these terms.
10 · Intellectual property
The content of this website — including text, photography, brand marks, and design — is owned by Jungle Luxe or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
11 · Third-party platforms and links
We link to and operate through third-party platforms we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
12 · Privacy
Your use of the site and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy in Part One, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
13 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and specifically the State of Quintana Roo, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The competent courts of Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
14 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site or our services means you accept the updated terms.
15 · Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected] or +1 602 909 3029.
