Most properties launch within 3 to 4 weeks of signing — depending on design readiness and media production scheduling.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GO LIVE?
No. We handle onboarding, asset documentation, media production, and listing setup. Most owners are remote and never need to be present for the process.
DO I NEED TO BE IN TULUM TO GET STARTED?
Our base management fee is calibrated to your property tier and structured to scale with your revenue growth. We do not charge a flat rate regardless of results. Exact fee structure is presented during your property assessment call.
