Once you have chosen a concept, out team will get to work on a curated design just for you. We will then meet with you via zoom or in person to go over our initial selections. Once we have decided on selections its time to order everything. Once everything arrives our team will install your home over the course of a few days. Once we finish the home will be ready for photographs and for you/your guests to enjoy!

In the beginning we will work with the architect to be sure that we have included any structural details, next we provide any needed drawings, review costs, and then check on your property often through out the process sending videos/pics to you!
what services are included in design + Build?
Yes we do. In the sales process we can suggest enhancements to make your home more custom within the builder's design. Our team can provide drawings to the builder as needed and communicate withe builder throughout the build.
do you work with builders to add customizations?
Many reasons- but here's a couple- Stores are not stocked with furniture everything must be made/ordered. Since this is one of the hottest rental markets you want your unit to stand out and be rented. Average units get below average nightly rates.
why would i use an interior designer in tulum?
Our furnishing times are 4-6 weeks. Most of the furnishings are made locally in the Riviera Maya and are solid wood/metal custom pieces. The cost is about half the cost of furnishing in the United States.
